2009 Membership Plans

Limited membership - 275 members (no tee times)
 
Single - $3,000
 
Family/Household - $3,800
Dependent children under the age of 25 are included in both types of membership.
 
Juniors - Age 19-29 Dues are between 40% and 90% of regular dues amounts dependent on age.
 
Students - $400
Full time HS or College Students under the age of 25.

Certificate Membership - $200
Membership certificates are issued to all members. Certificate holders have all the privileges of the club, may vote on all issues, and may run for a seat on the Board of Governors. The certificate membership fee is refunded upon resignation.

Flexible Payment Plans Available - 3, 6, and 9 month pay schedules for our membership's convenience

Minimum Spending Requirement - Jack Champions Steakhouse Restaurant
A $75 minimum spending per membershipment requirement is applicable to all membership categories [with exception to First Tier members under the Corporate Membership Plan] May through October. Applied to food purchases only.

2009 Corporate Memberships
Corporate members must have a valid Tax ID number and verification of full time employment for all participants at stated business or corporation.
 
Corporate [Large]: Designed for medium to large organizations.
Primary Members: 2 Full Time $5,400
First Tier Members: (Requires two first tier members, up to a maximum of ten) $700 each
 
Corporate [Small]: Designed for small to medium organizations.
Primary Member: 1 Full Time $2,700
First Tier Members: (Requires two first tier members, up to a maximum of seven) $700 each
 
Full time members enjoy all golf privileges equivalent to a single membership.
 
First Tier Members: permitted to play up to four (4) times each month (April-October) (Tuesday-Sunday)
 
Details: Each plan receives a color coded booklet with four (4) areas for the golf professional to mark, a different color for each month. Each First Tier Member will receive a booklet each month.
 
In the event that a First Tier Member should exceed the four (4) rounds per month allowed maximum, the principal member(s) will be assessed the applicable greens fee and a $25 overplay penalty.
 
All members under the Corporate Membership plans shall have the opportunity to rent cart spaces, lockers, maintain handicaps and MGA memberships upon payment of the appropriate fees.
 
Note: In both cases, only the principal members are responsible for the minimum restaurant charges of $75/month (May-October)
 
*Members who do not pay a cart shed rental fee will incur a $20 per month trail fee for seven months or $140 for the 2009 season.
 

 
Junior Executive Memberships
Designed for individuals within the age range of 26 to 36 years of age.
 
Cost: Single Membership - $2,000
        Family/Household Membership - $2,500
        (provided at least one member meets the age qualifications)
        Restaurant minimum spending requirement of $75/month (May thru October)
 
All other options, i.e. cart shed spaces, lockers, handicap fees are available at standard prices.
 
*Members who do not pay a cart shed rental fee will incur a $20 per month trail fee for seven months or $140 for the 2009 season.
 

 
Weekend Memberships
This is a Single membership and available to new members only. Play Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For 2009 New Members Only.
 
Cost: $1,400 Single Membership
$75 month restaurant minimum spending (May through October)
 
Weekend members have guest privileges and are eligible to play in weekend club events.
 
*Members who do not pay a cart shed rental fee will incur a $20 per month trail fee for seven months or $140 for the 2009 season.
 

 
Weekday Memberships
This is a Single membership and available to new members only. Play Tuesday through Friday. For 2009 New Members Only.
 
Cost: $2,000 Single Membership
$75 month restaurant minimum spending (May through October)
 
Weekday members have guest privileges and are eligible to play in the Club Championships at the weekend green fee prices and tournament entry fee.
 
*Members who do not pay a cart shed rental fee will incur a $20 per month trail fee for seven months or $140 for the 2009 season.
 

 
2009 Short Term Membership
A Short-term membership (3 months) exists for those residing outside the immediate area.
 
Cost: $1,800 for Single
        $2,400 for Family
        $20 month for trail fees
 
Usual costs remain for cart shed storage, lockers, MGA dues, handicaps. The restaurant is $75 month for term of membership. $20 trail fee applies for every month utilized and member must reside a minimum of 300 miles from facility.
 
One extra month may be purchased for $600 for Single/$800 for family.
